This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through velintor.com, in full compliance with U.S. consumer protection laws and Google Merchant Center (GMC) policies.
We accept returns for Electric Heaters purchased directly from velintor.com within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice).
Items showing signs of use, misuse, modification, or physical damage after delivery will not be accepted.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
Electric Heaters that have been used, installed, or modified.
Products purchased as final sale or during clearance promotions.
Gift cards or digital/downloadable products.
Before returning your item, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
Do not ship any product back without receiving a Return Authorization from Velintor.

Clear photos (if applicable)
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return shipping instructions.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
When your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if the return is for reasons other than a defective or incorrect product.
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
If you need to exchange your Electric Heater for the same model, please contact us at support@velintor.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send clear photos and a short description of the issue.
Once verified, Velintor will provide either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
