All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.

Please note: During peak winter seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Velintor partners with trusted U.S. carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure safe, on-time delivery of your Electric Heater.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, or weather conditions.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your product’s size, weight, and delivery address.

Occasionally, Velintor offers Free Shipping promotions on select products or order amounts.
All applicable charges — including taxes and shipping fees — are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time.

You can also log in to your Velintor account anytime to check your order status and expected delivery date.


Delivery Process

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please double-check that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • A responsible person must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.

  • Upon receiving your package, inspect it immediately. If you notice any damage, inform the courier and contact our support team right away.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, if your order arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, Velintor will either arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


Shipping Coverage

Currently, Velintor ships to all 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.

We are actively expanding our coverage, and updates will be posted here as new regions become available.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping details are complete and correct before placing your order.
Velintor is not responsible for delays or extra fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees may apply.
